Reading Your Frame Size
This guide will bring you one step closer to choosing the perfect frame! It can simply be achieved by learning how to decode frame measurements to ensure a comfortable and suitable frame for your face.
Using your current pair of glasses as a reference, the magic numbers lie on the inside of the temples as illustrated.
Breakdown of the numbers
Lens Width
Horizontal width of each lens (mm).
Bridge Width
Distance between the two lenses (mm).
Temple Length
Length of the screw to its temple tip (mm).
Helpful Tips for Measuring your Frame
Frame Width
Narrow (Lower Number) | Wider (Larger Number) |

Choose a narrower frame if you have a petite/medium narrow width face. Frame width between 115mm-135mm | Choose a wider frame if you have a wider width face. Frame width between 135mm-150mm. |
To find frame width, measure the front of the framefrom screw to screw.
Temple Length
Shorter (Lower Number) | Longer (Larger Number) |

Unable to sit snugly around ears, thus Higher tendency to slip off. | Excess may protrude out behind ears. |
To find temple length, measure one from screw to tip.
Lens Height and Width
Small (Lower Number) | Big (Larger Number) |

Smaller area of vision. Recommended for very high shortsightedness – lens may get very thick at the edges | Larger area of vision. Lens may touch cheekbones, especially if the frame is not fit and adjusted properly. |
To find lens height and width, measure the widest or longest parts of the lens.
Bridge Width
