14 DAY EXCHANGE

We offer 14 days complimentary exchange for frames of the same model, depending on stocks availability.

Additional fees may apply if you would like to exchange for a different frame model. This is because we would have to order a new set of lenses. Only a one-time exchange is allowed. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

We offer 1-year complimentary warranty on our eyewear and spectacle lens products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects of our products only.

Damages due to deliberate misuse, negligence, accidents, scratches, wear and tear are not covered. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
